This isn’t just the Sylvania 300 pole. This is the pole for the Chase to the 2010 Sprint Cup. And Bad Brad Keselowski stole it.
Chaser and cup contender, Clint Bowyer will start along side the Kez.
Brad didn’t make the Chase, but he sure made a name for himself among the Sprint Cup crowd. Many names, in fact. Some names that shouldn’t be used in gentle company. Brad stirred it up in 2010.
You have to wonder if he’ll back off at all during NASCAR’s Sprint Cup playoff run. I sort of doubt it. I don’t think we’ve heard the last of the grousing about rough driving just because the golden dozen has been separated from the Chase chaff. I hope not anyway.
The pole at Loudon doesn’t mean Keselowski will be a factor at the end of the race. But don’t be surprised if he is in the mix early on.
